The space
Designed for comfort and connection, this multi-level mountain cabin blends forest views, warm interiors, and thoughtful touches throughout. Whether you're gathering by the fire or soaking in the hot tub, every space invites you to relax and recharge.

The main living room on the upper level is a cozy, light-filled gathering space anchored by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone with a gas fireplace. Plush seating surrounds a Smart TV, creating the perfect setup for movie nights, board games, or relaxed mornings with coffee. Expansive windows bring the surrounding pines indoors, filling the space with natural light and mountain charm.

The open-concept kitchen flows effortlessly into the dining and living areas, creating a bright and social atmosphere. It’s equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and bar seating for casual bites or conversation. A round dining table for six is surrounded by tall windows, offering views of the forest while you dine. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a full spice rack are included for your convenience.

There are three full bathrooms throughout the home, each thoughtfully designed and featuring a shower/tub combo. The ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and soft natural light. The lower-level bathroom highlights a charming octagonal window, while the third bathroom, conveniently located near the main living areas, is equally well-appointed. All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries.

A washer and dryer are located in the lower-level laundry area for added convenience during longer stays.

The spacious lower level is designed for downtime and fun. This casual lounge includes a large sectional sofa, oversized Smart TV, pool table, and rustic bar area with a mini fridge—perfect for movie nights, friendly competition, or laid-back evenings with your group.

The multi-level outdoor setup is a highlight of this home. Step onto the upper deck to enjoy forest views, a gas fire table, BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area—perfect for slow mornings or relaxed evenings. Down below, a private hot tub is tucked beneath the deck for year-round soaking. A walkout on the lower level leads directly to the surrounding woods for a quiet connection to nature.

Up to three vehicles can park comfortably onsite. The property includes a covered carport for two vehicles and a roadside pullout that fits one more.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, lower-level lounge, multi-level deck, and private hot tub. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: Your unique entry code and check-in instructions will be added to your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels to make your stay more comfortable.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 per half hour late.
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
⚠️ Mountain Access Advisory: This cabin is located in a mountainous area where road conditions can be challenging year-round. A reliable 4WD or AWD vehicle is strongly recommended, especially during snowy, icy, or muddy conditions. Please plan accordingly for safe access.
