The space
Tucked beneath the front range on Cheyenne Boulevard, Verdant Falls is a mountain modern two-story where thoughtful design, a private backyard, and one of the best locations in Colorado Springs come together in a home you won't want to leave.
🛋️ LIVING ROOM
The living room is the kind of space you walk into and immediately feel at home. Warm leather seating, light hardwood floors, and a classic gas fireplace flanked by a built-in wood bookcase give the room a grounded, comfortable character. Oversized windows wrap the space in natural light, framing the surrounding tree canopy from every angle, and the open layout flows naturally into the kitchen beyond, keeping the whole main level connected. A wall-mounted Smart TV rounds out the space for quieter evenings in, and with the fire going and the tree canopy just outside the glass, those evenings have a way of turning into late ones.

The kitchen sits at the center of everything. Bold navy cabinetry, white quartz countertops, and open wood shelving create a space as functional as it is striking. Professional-grade stainless appliances include a French door refrigerator, dishwasher, and range, and the navy island with seating for four is where mornings tend to happen naturally, whether that's a slow breakfast before hitting the trails or a quick coffee before heading out. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the deck, pulling the outside in. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a complimentary coffee station with pods and a complimentary spice rack ready on arrival.

Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): King bed, wood accent wall, large windows with natural light, dedicated workspace with standing desk, monitor and ergonomic chair, and primary en-suite bathroom with closet and laundry. Opens directly onto the private balcony with fire table and mountain views.

Primary En-Suite (Upper Level): A dual vanity with warm wood cabinetry and matte black fixtures anchors the space. The walk-in shower makes an impression with floor-to-ceiling cobalt blue tile, a pebble stone floor, a built-in bench, and a skylight that fills the room with natural light.
Bathroom 2 (Main Level): A navy vanity with brushed gold hardware and a round wood-framed mirror sit against warm-toned tile, with a tub-shower combination for guests who want the option to unwind

The primary bedroom is set up for guests who need to stay productive without fully stepping away. A standing desk, monitor, and ergonomic chair sit beside large windows with natural light, with the private balcony just steps away for when you need a break.
🚗 PARKING
One covered carport space and one additional off-street parking space are available for guests. Please note that Cheyenne Boulevard is a narrow road, so take care when pulling in and out of the driveway. The garage is not available for guest use
🐾 Pet-Friendly
We are happy to welcome your furry friends! For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
🦌 Wildlife Notice: Wildlife activity such as bears, deers & raccoons is common in the area, so please be mindful of food, trash, and scented items when outside. Keeping doors and windows closed will help prevent unwanted animal encounters.

🏡 Property Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, including both levels, the deck, and the private fenced backyard with saltwater hot tub and fire pit.

💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
