The space

Step in from the covered entry to a bright, welcoming living room with a deep sectional sofa, warm wood floors, and a wall mounted Smart TV. A fireplace anchors the space, and tall windows and a glass front door fill it with morning light, with an open flow into the dining room that makes it easy to keep the conversation going.
🍳 KITCHEN
The galley kitchen pairs warm wood cabinetry with speckled granite countertops and a dark mosaic tile backsplash, all finished with professional-grade stainless appliances. Tile floors carry through into the eat-in dining room, where a round table sits beneath a soft globe pendant. You will find a fully stocked kitchen, a complimentary coffee station with pods, and a complimentary spice rack ready for whatever you feel like making.

Families are very welcome here. A pack-n-play and high chair are available for guests traveling with little ones, making it easy to arrive and settle in without having to pack the extras.

Out back, backyard with a privacy fence shaded by tall trees is where you will want to spend your evenings, with a charcoal grill, a bistro table with seating, and a quiet corner to unwind. Out front, the covered porch framed by classic Victorian pillars is made for morning coffee.

A full-size washer and dryer are available in-unit, ready whenever you need to freshen up after a day exploring downtown or the trails.
🐾 PET-FRIENDLY
We are happy to welcome your furry friends! For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.

This home has on-street parking directly in front of the house. Please note there is no garage or driveway.

💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Pet Fee: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
⏰ Check-Out Policy: To respect our cleaning team's schedule and ensure the home is perfect for the next guest, unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a fee of $20 per 30 minutes. We appreciate your understanding!
❄️ Cooling Notice: Please note that this historic home does not have air conditioning. Forced-air gas heat keeps the home warm and cozy in cooler months, and Colorado Springs evenings cool down nicely in summer.
