The space
A 1979 ranch reimagined behind a Tudor facade, spread low and wide across nearly half an acre. Vaulted ceilings, mural wallpapers, and arched doorways give each room its own character while the whole house stays turned toward the backyard.
🛋️ LIVING ROOM
Vaulted ceilings and exposed wood beams give the living room its scale, anchored by a wood burning fireplace with a white painted brick surround that climbs to the peak. A deep olive sectional, wood framed armchairs, and upholstered poufs circle a round wood table, with a Smart TV mounted above a light oak media cabinet. Black framed sliding doors flank the fireplace and open directly to the covered patio, so the room stays connected to the yard through the afternoon.
🍳 KITCHEN, DINING & BAR
A generous island in deep olive cabinetry with brushed brass pulls centers the fully stocked kitchen, paired with light oak cabinets and pale stone counters. An arched alcove frames the range, lined in slim vertical tile matching the plaster hood above. A complimentary coffee station with pods and a complimentary spice rack are stocked and ready on arrival. The dining table seats eight beneath a wide dome pendant, with wood french doors opening to the garden on one side and black framed glass on the other. Just through an arched opening, a built in bar in deep blue seats four on brass legged stools beneath a gold sunburst fixture, with an undercounter fridge and a Smart TV close by. The three flow together as one long stretch of the house, which is what makes a full crowd work here.
🎱 GAME ROOM
A blue felt pool table sits beneath vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a crystal chandelier, with tall leaded windows pouring in daylight. A full size arcade cabinet with a two player control panel stands in the corner, and a bistro table gives anyone sitting out a turn somewhere to land.
📖 SITTING ROOM
A woodland mural wallpaper wraps this quieter room in soft grays and greens, setting a hushed, low lit mood. A curved sofa in textured oatmeal faces a round wood table, with velvet drapes, a beaded chandelier, and a slim brass shelving unit holding green ceramics against exposed brick.

Primary Bathroom (Main Level): en suite to Bedroom 1 through an arched opening, with a double vanity in dark wood and a walk in shower lined in travertine.
Bathroom 2 (Main Level): fluted navy vanity with a marble top and a walk in shower in gray veined tile.
Bathroom 3 (Main Level): fluted deep green vanity with a marble top and a relaxing tub and shower combination.
Bathroom 4 (Main Level): fluted wood vanity with a white quartz top and a walk in shower in pale gray tile.
All bathrooms are stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries.
🧸 KID-FRIENDLY
Two dedicated bunk rooms make this an easy fit for families traveling together, with trundles that pull out for extra sleepers and plenty of storage for gear. A pack-n-play and high chair are also available.
🧺 LAUNDRY
A stacked front loading washer and dryer are available in unit, so a week of pool towels and swimsuits never piles up.
🌴 OUTDOOR SPACE
Nearly half an acre of private yard sits behind block walls and dense hedging, wrapped in tall palms with a sprawling olive tree spreading its shade across the lawn. A freeform pool curves through the middle of it, deep enough for a diving board at one end, edged by a wide sun deck where loungers wait under a fringed umbrella. The pool and hot tub are both open year round. The covered patio stretches the full length of the house beneath a deep wood shake overhang, cool even at midday, with a bar height counter and stools, oversized woven egg chairs built for sinking into, and a long wood table with bench seating a few steps from the gas grill. Beyond it a low sectional faces open grass for the quieter end of the day, and a hot tub sits tucked against the garden wall with olive branches leaning in overhead.
🚗 PARKING
A wide driveway offers plenty of off street parking for several vehicles. One bay of the garage is open for guest use, a welcome place to leave a car out of the Arizona sun. The opposite bay is secured behind a locked gate for owner storage and is not accessible during your stay.
Guest access
🏡 Property Access: You'll have full private access to the entire home, including all five bedrooms, every living area, the game room, the bar and lounge, the fully stocked kitchen, all bathrooms, the laundry room, and one bay of the garage. The backyard is yours alone, with the pool, hot tub, covered patio, grill, and lawn all private to the property. Make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. 💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
