The space
Skyline Estate combines two uniquely designed units into one spacious retreat, offering a perfect balance of modern elegance and retro charm. Please note: There is no internal connection between the two units. Guests must access each unit separately through their respective entrances. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or enjoying the expansive backyard with panoramic views, this home is designed for comfort, fun, and unforgettable moments.

Each unit has a fully equipped kitchen stocked with all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Enjoy a full-size fridge, stove with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker, along with complimentary coffee, tea, and cooking supplies. Spacious dining areas provide the perfect space for shared meals, game nights, or simply enjoying the view.

The large backyard is shared between both units, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Gather around the fire pit with Adirondack chairs for cozy evenings under the stars, or challenge your group to a game of cornhole. The private hot tub offers stunning skyline views, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Multiple outdoor dining areas create the ideal setting for meals with a view, while the open space allows for plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the outdoors.

Skyline Estate offers two dedicated parking spaces, along with additional street parking for your convenience.
Guest access
🔑 You'll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
