The main living room offers a Smart TV, board games, and plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights or lazy afternoons. Additional sitting areas throughout the home provide quiet nooks for reading or reconnecting.

The kitchen is a design centerpiece with its natural tree feature, vaulted wood ceiling, and handcrafted feel. It’s fully stocked with essentials for your stay, including a double oven, stainless appliances, a complimentary spice rack, and a coffee station with pods. Whether you’re cooking a feast or just brewing a morning cup, the space is as functional as it is beautiful. Dine together indoors or enjoy your meals on the deck.

Guest access
🔑 You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Please note that there is a separate cottage on the property that is not included in this reservation. If you’re interested in booking both spaces for additional accommodations, feel free to reach out and we can check if it’s available. Make yourself at home and let us know if you need anything during your stay!
Other things to note
📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement.
🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry.
☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
💵 Additional Fees
Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you’ll choose one of two options:
Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card.
Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days.
Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment.
Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
