Great place if one plans a trip around the Colorado Springs area, at walkable distance to a local park and trail and very close to the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs by car. The area is felt very calm and safe. Kaitlyn was very responsive and proactive. Her place was perfect for two to four guests— we will definitely consider staying here again should we plan another trip to Colorado Springs.
