The host was always responsive to our questions, however, AI was frequently used and it made conversations repetitive and less personal. We had some minor annoyances that I hope are fixed for future guests including a lack of bath mats, lotion, and hairdryers as well as only a “starter supply” of 3 laundry detergent pods for a home that sleeps 14 guests and asks to start a load of towels before check out. I hope this review helps this Airbnb become more cozy, personal, and prepared with the amenities travelers expect.
