A fire pit and seating area create a cozy space for evening gatherings. Soak in the private hot tub for ultimate relaxation, enjoy outdoor cooking with the charcoal BBQ grill, or challenge friends to a game of tetherball in the yard. Please note: The BBQ grill is charcoal-based, and guests will need to bring their own charcoal. 🚗 Parking The driveway offers parking for up to four vehicles, providing easy access to the home throughout your stay. 🧺 Laundry Convenience An in-unit washer and dryer make it simple to keep clothes fresh after a day of outdoor exploration. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late. 📜Permit No: A-STRP-26-0560 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. These cover the cost of reworking the cleaning schedule or bringing in a second cleaner. The back deck and its view of the mountains are amazing and relaxing. 6 comfortable bedrooms, lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy, and close to lots of amenities in town. First class stay all around!

The main floor is only a kitchen and dining room. 7 steps to go upstairs to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 7 steps to go downstairs to a living room, office with a daybed, bath and laundry and then a couple more steps down to the final 2 bedrooms. I had asked about any bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor and told there was. If I had been made aware of the layout, we would have booked something else because we had a bunch of older women that don't handle stairs well. Other than the layout of the house, the property and the house was beautiful and the host was absolutely wonderful.

First,there were no steps to the hit tub and it took nearly 24 hours to get them to me. This was reported several months prior in a review.There also were limited kitchen utensils and zero spatulas. This was also reported in a reviews months before our stay. The review called them "turners" but clearly was never investigated.The home listed a wrap-around deck but it was clear that had been removed and rebuilt just in the back. Not a huge issue, but the description should have been updated.I would stay here again because it's location is very convenient to main streets.
