The elevated deck is perfect for dining or relaxing under the open sky, while the spacious yard offers room to roam and play. A charming tire swing beneath the trees adds a nostalgic touch for kids and adults alike. 🚗 Parking & Accessibility Guests have access to three parking spaces, either in the driveway or directly in front of the home. You’ll be just minutes from local trails, downtown Buena Vista, and endless outdoor adventures. Guest access 🔑 You'll have full access to the entire property, including all bedrooms, living areas, the kitchen, and outdoor spaces. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy everything the space has to offer. If you have any questions or need anything during your stay, just let us know—we’re happy to help! Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late. 💵 Additional Fees Damage Protection: A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Before check-in, you'll choose one of two options: Damage Waiver: A non-refundable fee from $25–$40/night (max $200), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear and tear, up to $500. Most guests pick this, and nothing is held on your card. Security Deposit: A fully refundable hold from $350–$1,000. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout, typically within 7 business days. Amounts depend on the home and length of stay. This is handled separately from your reservation payment. Optional services like early check-in, late check-out, and extra guests can be arranged on request, subject to availability. The host was so nice and checked in on us frequently. The location to town and to the park was great! The trees around the property were amazing and the walk through the neighborhood was very nice and convenient. I would love to book this place again. We were sorry to have to leave.

It is an older home but you can tell that the homeowners are working hard to bring it back to life. The grill had propane and was ready to go; which made cooking and eating out on the back deck lovely. All the streaming options on the tv were already signed in as a guest which I like. I hate having to remember to sign out of my accounts on the tv. There was detergent for doing laundry and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. LOVE that! Overall it was a comfortable stay and a close drive to all the activities Buena Vista has to offer. The host was responsive and friendly.
- 2026-07-29T19:12:28Z · 4/5: The location, space, and price made this a great choice for our family. The kitchen was fully equipped with a nice layout. We appreciated the coffee, spices, plenty of towels, and extra bedding. There were some discrepancies between the listing and the house. The listing showed many beautiful potted plants on the deck and porch, but there were none. The outside wasn’t as pretty and inviting as the listing. The listing also promised a twin trundle bed that could convert to a king bed. It was actually a day bed with two twin mattresses stacked. One guest got the bed and one got a mattress on the floor. Although there is a dining table for six, an eating bar for six, and two outdoor picnic tables, there is only one sectional sofa for comfortable relaxing which seemed inadequate.
